C Program to convert temperature from degree centigrade to Fahrenheit

In this tutorial, we are going to write a C Program to convert temperature from degree centigrade to Fahrenheit C Programming with practical program code and step-by-step full complete explanation.

C Program to convert temperature from degree centigrade to Fahrenheit

C Program to Convert the temperature from degree centigrade to Fahrenheit.

#include <stdio.h>
#include <conio.h>

void main()
{
	float c, f;
	clrscr();

	printf("Enter Temperature in Centigrade: ");
	scanf("%f",&c);

	f = (1.8*c)+32;

	printf("Temperature in Fahrenheit = %f",f);

	getch();
}

Output

Enter Temperature in Centigrade: 32
Temperature in Fahrenheit = 89.59998

Here in the above program we first include the necessary header files and then in the main function, we declare two float type variables c and f. after that we use the clrscr() function to clear the screen before displaying the output on the screen.

After that, we use the printf() function to print the "Enter Temperature in Centigrade:" message on the screen. and then use the scanf() function to store the value in the c variable. and then use the equation to find the Fahrenheit value and print the value on the output screen.
